A salad, a hamburger or this morning’s bacon and eggs - food has an impact.

We organize co-created, knowledge sharing programs that respond to local challenges.

Connecting community stakeholders, we organize engaging programs tailored to address health, environment, social, economic, cultural and sometimes, political contexts.

We organize a series of workshops for local food producers. These courses are designed to provide farmers, ranchers, and food artisans with specialized skills and broad range knowledge in various aspects of direct-to-consumer, locally focused business and systems management.

Education – both formal and non-formal – plays a fundamental role in understanding. By uniting knowledge through various fields of experience and expertise, we’re demystifying food and closing the loop.

Through an Agroecology based approach, we teach concepts and principles that optimize interactions between plants, animals, humans and the environment while taking into consideration the social aspects necessary for a sustainable and fair food system.
