OGF Artisan Vendor Application

Artisan Vendor Application

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Applications will be accepted through June 30, 2018.
  • Applicants will receive an email response on or before July 15th.
  • Each OGF vendor booth space is 10' x 10'. Cost for one day is $45.00 or $80.00 for both days. 
  • If approved, booth fees must be received within 30 days.  
  • Event Booth Space Cancellation Policy:  Except in an emergency (as determined by event management), vendors will forfeit their prepaid booth fee.
  • Payment: Please make checks payable to: FarmShop, LLC and mail to PO Box 75125, Wichita, KS 67209

Participation Agreement: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless FarmShop, LLC, Ories’ Farm Fresh, Orie’s Garlic Fest., managing partners, representatives, and agents from and against all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, levies and causes of action or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to my or my represented organization’s activities at Orie’s Garlic Fest. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, and in complete compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and will abide by the conditions outlined in the event’s rules and regulations. I have read and agree to the Booth Fee, Cancellation Policy, Payment Method, and Participation Agreement provided on this page.
