Real ingredients. Great Food. 

Our desire is to express the importance and quality of food ingredients grown and raised in Kansas. We appreciate the history of the plant or animal, the story of the farmer who produced it, and the practices by which it was grown or raised. We also never forget, real food, whether plant or animal, starts with the soil.

In Season ingredients are aggregated by FarmShop, then prepared and carefully curated by Chef Gerard Rodriguez, a well known fixture in Wichita's culinary community.

Proceeds support Old Town Farmers' Market and noteworthy Kansas producers. 

Market Kafta Burger - $9

Grilled Graze the Prairie certified grass-fed beef patty, seasoned with garden fresh mint and spices, served on a toasted brioche bun, topped with grilled veggies, tomato confit, and tzatziki sauce, with fresh Market veggies on the side.

Taste of the Market - $9

A mouthwatering array of seasonal flavors featuring fresh fruits, vegetables, and delicious finds from around the market. Spotlighting delicious varieties from Serenity Farm, Her Produce, The Farm.Augusta, Orie's Farm Fresh and Muddy Boots Farm. 

Hardy Biscuits and Gravy - $9

Market and organic ingredients make up this Hardy Biscuits and Gravy dish. Fresh batch biscuits, pastured pork and Orie's Farm Fresh eggs is a combination sure to please.
