Do you know where your food comes from?
Here at OTFM we take pride in setting a higher standard for food offered at Market. In addition to other requirements, our Market Standards ensure that all vendors adhere to the following:
- All produce must be grown in Kansas.
- Meat and poultry products must be raised and processed in Kansas.
- Priority is given to vendors who offer artisan foods made from market-purchased items and/or Kansas-produced fresh and healthful ingredients.
Better for you. Better for Wichita.
Never assume! Always ask the vendor about their products and ask farmers about their growing practices.
Know your farmer. Know your food.
